OVERVIEW
This course is designed for workers in the oil and gas industry who could be exposed to hydrogen sulphide (H2S). In this 8-hour course, students will learn how to work safely I and around H2S environments. Topics covered include H2S properties, health hazards and locations, hazard assessment and control, respiratory protective equipment (including self-contained breathing apparatus), detection of H2S, and initial response strategy.
The H2S certificate valid for 3 years.
